Full-time student membership fee is $60/month.
*Patients must live at the same address to participate in the family membership discount. The cost will be calculated by totaling the age-appropriate membership fees for each family member and subtracting $20 per additional member.

Skip the trip to Urgent Care or the ER and have Dr. Faucher handle basic procedures like simple suturing, skin lesion treatment, joint injections, nail care, and minor wound care.

Yes. Dr. Faucher is the practice’s sole provider. You'll work directly with him for all your healthcare needs and see him for all appointments.

No long-term commitment is required. While we are confident you will be happy with the care you receive, you can cancel at any time with just 30 days' notice.

Yes, Medicare members can join our practice. Faucher Direct Care has opted out of Medicare and will not bill Medicare for any of your primary care services. However, you can still use your Medicare benefits for specialists, medications, and other medical needs outside your Faucher Direct Care membership.

Yes. Because Faucher Direct Care does not accept insurance, you must have an in-network PCP on record to process any specialist referrals. This doctor will likely need to see you on an annual basis. All of your other primary care needs can be handled at our practice.

Faucher Direct Care does not accept insurance or bill insurance for any services. However, we recommend still carrying health insurance to cover specialist visits, imaging, hospital stays, or other unexpected catastrophic health events. Many members choose higher deductible PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) plans to save on monthly premiums. We know these decisions can be complex, and we’re happy to discuss your options further during a complimentary practice introduction.
